Administrative Team

Cardiology Associates strives to provide the most comprehensive and cost-effective and quality cardiovascular care to patients locally and regionally. In order to provide this level of service to our patients and other organizations with whom we work, the practice continually seeks the most experienced, qualified and talented people, whether they be physicians or staff.

 

The Administrative Team of Cardiology Associates works hand in hand with the physicians to ensure exceptional delivery of health care and other services to our patients and the communities we serve. Working with the physicians, the administrative staff oversees such activities as the purchase and maintenance of state of the art diagnostic equipment, set up of accurate billing systems for patients, the hiring of qualified personnel to assist patients, the contracting with hospitals and insurance companies for the provision of services and planning for the future.

 

As delivery of health care services becomes more complicated and intricate and as insurance companies and Federal Agencies become more involved in all aspects of health care delivery, there is a need for experienced administrative personnel to work with physicians and patients to create a seamless and efficient delivery system. As the complexities of health care continue to increase, the Administrative Team at Cardiology Associates is committed to personalizing the business side of medicine and providing the most complete and understandable information for patients.

 

In addition to providing these valuable services to our patients, the Administrative Team assists the physicians in providing educational information to the communities they serve through newsletters and other publications, as well as community lectures, health fairs, and our website.
