Broiled Tomatoes

3 medium tomatos
3 tsp Smart Balance butter spread
3 tsp of sugar

Cut each large tomato in half. Dot each half with ½ teaspoon of butter spread. Sprinkle each half
with 1/2 tsp. of sugar. Broil until desired tenderness. Toaster ovens work well for this recipe if
available.
