Supervisor, Phone Operations & Appointments

Immediate full-time opening for Supervisor of Phone Operations and Appointments. Candidate will be responsible for supervising call center staff, operations, prioritizing work, and scheduling patient appointments. As well as maintaining and improving call center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, and preparing and completing action plans. High school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience required. Experience in EMR, use in an appointment scheduling system and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. preferred. Seeking full-time diagnostic test scheduler with minimum three years experience in scheduling and in obtaining prior authorizations & referrals.  Applicants must be highly organized, consistent with daily workflows and be able to handle a high volume of incoming phone calls.  The scheduler position requires excellent communication skills, the scheduler will communicate daily with patients, clinical staff, & physicians.  Ability to work in multiple computer applications, including insurance company websites.  Must be able to work well in a fast-paced office environment while providing professional interaction with patients.  We offer an excellent benefits package, competitive salary and pleasant working environment.
