Dr. Ken Burnham is a highly respected cardiologist with 25 years of experience at Cardiology Associates, specializing in the care of patients with congestive and advanced heart failure. He has extensive expertise in the management of complex heart failure conditions, including care for patients following cardiac transplantation and those requiring Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) therapy.

A native of Brewton, Alabama, Dr. Burnham graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering before pursuing his medical degree at Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Duke University and went on to receive advanced fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases and cardiology research at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Dr. Burnham was honored as the Frederick L. Hawes Fellow in Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation, recognizing his dedication to advancing the care of patients with complex cardiovascular disease.

Throughout his career at Cardiology Associates, Dr. Burnham has played a key role in delivering advanced heart failure care to patients across the Gulf Coast, combining decades of clinical experience with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
